i fell in love with this song after discovering this animation of my favourite homestuck pairing! i don't actually like 100 gecs that much (unsurprisingly), but i've managed to pavlov myself into assosciating this song with two fictional characters that give me serotonin. i'd love to draw something similar inspired by the original video.

when i asked my friend to make me a playlist inspired by the grubbles, he included this song. the lyrics heavily remind me of xefros's character, as well as his relationship with his moirail, dammek. with him being ragebound and a rustblood, i feel like the chorus completely represents what it's like for him at the bottom of the caste, working alongside the rebellion under dammek's orders.
